Evan Collart - Owner
Evan relocated to Florida in 1996 from Cleveland, OH, where he initially entered into the Credit & Financial Lending Industry. Seeing the larger opportunity in the PEO sector, Evan went to work directly with PEO Experts in 2002. There he spent 8 wonderful years where he was able to learn from some of the best! PEO Advisors is founded on the principle that knowledge, experience and relationships are the keys to creating a successful PEO Brokerage. Since starting PEO Advisors in 2010, that experience has helped him create one of the largest PEO brokerages in the Country!
Eric M. Chakirelis - Owner
Eric moved to Florida in 2005 from Cleveland, OH. Eric has been working in the PEO world for 10+ years. Eric has a strong skill set in building businesses and helping them reach their full potential. With his extreme organizational skills and ability to identify client needs, Eric strives to develop new ways to make our team more efficient and profitable. Since the conception of PEO Advisors in 2010, he has created many of the systems and procedures that we are currently using today. His knowledge of business and insurance has helped us become one of the largest PEO Brokerages in the country.
Rachel Cullen - Underwriting Manager / Sales Executive
Rachel relocated to Florida in 2005 from Springfield, IL where she began working in the credit and collections industry. Seeing a larger opportunity in PEO’s, we were fortunate enough to lure Rachel away from her previous job in 2013. Rachel began as our internal underwriter where she was able to obtain all the knowledge needed to be effective in the PEO industry. After a few months as our underwriter, Rachel made the natural transition into the sales side of the business. She is now operating as part of the underwriting team and a key member on the senior sales team.
Dorothy Rizzo - Director of Sales
Dorothy has been working in the Payroll/PEO industry dating back to 1995. We were fortunate to have her join our team in 2012 after many successful years with Paychex, Staff Management and Total Source. Prior to her tenure at PEO Advisors beginning in 2012, Dorothy previously worked with Paychex, Staff Management and Total Source. In addition to her comprehensive management and training of the PEO Advisors sales team, Dorothy also has an extensive professional referral network and client base. Born and raised in Pinellas County, FL, Dorothy lives in Harbor Bluffs with her husband, Ben and son Max, along with their 2 rescue dogs, Penny and Paxton. In her spare time, she loves to travel, play tennis and also sits on the Silver Coffee Committee benefitting the Children's Home Society of Tampa Bay.
Maureen Beirne-Larose - Office Manager
Maureen has been here since the beginning of PEO Advisors in 2010! After spending decades in the financial world, Maureen found it exciting to take on a new challenge in the PEO industry. Her knowledge is endless, having spent 13 years running an entire department virtually by herself. With her professional customer service skills and capacity for excellence, our organization has never run smoother.
Nicole Piccaretto - Sales Executive
Nicole has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her love of insurance began in college when she worked summers as an auditor. Originally from New York, she moved to Clearwater in 1996 and has held various insurance related positions. Since moving to Florida, Nicole’s held various insurance related positions. Her background in sales, account management, group insurance, the underwriting process and her expertise in conducting on-site enrollment meetings makes her a true asset to her clients. Nicole is also very active in the community and is involved in many charitable causes including Silver Coffee, benefiting Children’s Home Society of Florida and Winter on the Beach benefiting the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. She is a past president of The Greater Belleair Young Women’s Society and a former co-chair of the Relay For Life’s Belleair Location.
Mike Macdonald - Sales Executive
Mike is from upstate New York, and is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University in Olean, NY. In 1983, Mike moved to the Tampa Bay area where he gained business experience in the marketing, advertising and financial sectors. After his successful run in radio advertising, Mike was looking for a new challenge and was encouraged by a friend in 2013 to pursue the residential mortgage business. Mike spent 23 years working for a national radio broadcast company as an account executive. He worked closely with local and national businesses to help create successful radio marketing campaigns. After his time in radio advertising, a friend led him to the residential mortgage business in 2013. As a mortgage broker, Mike learned that submitting an accurate file to underwriting would get more loan approvals. This strategy made for an easy transition to high risk workers comp and employee leasing where he would help businesses get their workers’ comp coverage. Mike has a grown daughter who lives and works in Tampa Bay. Mike spends as much free time as he can traveling with his wife, Denise. He and Denise have a grown daughter who works and lives in the the Tampa Bay area.
Erin Kornaker - Sales Executive
Erin is a Native of Cleveland, OH and a graduate of Virginia Marti College of Art with a degree in Interior Design & Business. Wanting to get away from the cold and snow, she packed up her family and moved to Florida in 2005 where she made a shift in her career, and took a chance and joined the IT world! We were fortunate enough to recruit Erin from her job in IT Software as an Analyst & Project Manager. She worked there for 10 years, traveling and training clients on various accounting aspects of Financials, Inventory and overall business operations. Erin is very organized and pays full attention to detail, understands all financial and payroll functionality, and has quickly become a valuable asset to our Sales Team!
Daniel Lovett - Sales Executive
Daniel is a Workers’ Compensation sales specialist that has been working in the PEO industry since 2016. With over a decade of experience in high-intensity sales, Daniel has thrived with each new opportunity presented to him. Taking the time in 2012, Daniel added a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and minor in Psychology to provide an extra edge to his sales acumen. During the time spent at the University of West Florida, Daniel gained the knowledge and skills to efficiently identify his client’s needs and effectively communicate to them the best plan of action. His love for conversation and outside of the box thinking will ensure that he thrives in the PEO industry for a long time.
Charlene Connelly - Sales Executive
Charlene has enjoyed working in the property underwriting industry. During her tenure she has worked for USF&G and Aetna in Charleston, WV, Baltimore, MD, Atlanta, GA, & Tampa, FL. After spending 10 years out of the work force raising her two sons in Clearwater, she returned to work in the financial services industry as an independent agent. Charlene earned her CPCU designation in 1994 and holds both her General Lines (220) and Life and Health (215) licenses. Charlene started with PEO Advisors in 2016 and has serviced our standard market lines division.
Bad Boy Blu - AKA Office Collections Manager
2 1/2 years ago Blu arrived on the scene with one of our owners and won over our staff with his baby blue eyes and big personality. He is now the official office watch dog and works every day until lunch time and then heads home to nap. He is very proud of his title as “Office Collections Manager” and enjoys all the roles that his job requires. He patrols the offices for his treats as most sales reps have a stash for him. Blu will then wait patiently for his co-worker to reach for that cookie and on to the next desk he goes! Beware though, if you don’t report your Payroll, we will send Blu to you and he will lick you until you pay!
